A 50% deposit is required on all equipment orders, with the balance paid prior to shipment. Any order under $5000 is to be paid in full at time of order. INSTALLATION IS NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE UNLESS STATED.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES
All returns require prior authorization. Returns must be authorized by HubDental.Com within 5 business days of date received by the customer.
- All returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Electrical items, upholstery items and special orders are not refundable.
- Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition.
- Refunds are issued within 30 days of equipment return.
- Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Shipping costs when returning, canceling, or exchanging products/equipment is solely the customers responsibility.
- Used Equipment and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Unless otherwise stated.
- New Equipment is subject to manufacture's original stated guarantee and must be addressed with manufacturer.
Shipping costs to return defective equipment and parts are customers responsibility.
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, HubDental.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, HubDental.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
HubDental.com is located and operates within the United States. Our Online Shipping Costs reflect shipping within the USA. International Customers using our online shopping cart will be contacted to discuss true/updated shipping costs for the sale.
The handling time for in stock items is usually 1-3 business days. Special & Made-to-Order Equipment can take 2-4 weeks.
